Saw meds doc today. He thinks that my anxiety and associated confusion/disorientation are most likely "organic" in cause, rather than medication-related. That is to say, he thinks they're coming from stuff I'm currently experiencing emotionally, rather than being med side effects.

A librarian at the Berkeley Public Library (South Branch) told me today that there are apps available that would allow me to use my iPod Touch as a phone (for free) via wifi. Wow. I haven't been doing so well. Stress, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, blah blah blah. There are lots of things that are either going wrong or worrying me or otherwise demanding my negative attention, some large and some ridiculously small:
